My work values..

Creativity, perception and “outside of the box” ideas are essential for a good final result but not enough.

Personally, I attach importance to good and straightforward communication with the team, being always open to discuss about all the different points of view.

My experience so far has taught me that many times the truth is hidden in the simplicity of things. I find it fascinating how the final product of a project is a patchwork of thoughts that led you to the optimal result.

In personal level, I love socializing with polite people with sensitivities and interesting minds.
